When we started looking to buy our first home we wanted to build a new house. We found that this was not practical due to our budget constraints not giving us what we wanted. We ended up compromising and purchasing a fibro, 3 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 car space home on a decent sized block.
We remained at this house for a number of years when one day we started to plan our future together which included getting married and having kids. With only the two of us space/storage in the house was already an issue so we decided to buy a block of land, sell our current house, and use the equity to help build our DREAM HOME!!!
